THE CONSORTIUM
The HYDEF project brings together a strong consortium of European leaders in defence, aerospace, and technology.
This collaboration ensures a balanced approach to innovation, technical excellence, and strategic management.
Organised for Success
Structured around two key leadership areas:
Consortium Organisation & Management
Led by SMS, which is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination among partners, effective planning, and consistent execution of tasks.
SMS plays a central role in aligning efforts across the consortium and supporting the overall success of the project.
Managed by DIEHL, overseeing system integration, technology coordination, and critical subsystems like seekers and Kill Vehicle Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC).
CONSORTIUM MEMBERS
Each consortium member plays a vital role in the development of HYDEF:
Advanced Simulations & Aerodynamics
EME plays a key role in performance assessment and contributes to aerodynamic actuators.
Navigation & Performance Assessment
GMV leads BMC navigation, guidance, and performance simulation, also contributing to the Ground Segment Command and Control.
Attitude Control & Pyro-Divert Systems
Lukasiewicz-ILOT oversees Kill Vehicle propulsion and control.
